Sale of certificates
- The minimum nominal value of the certificate is 2000 rubles.
- The nominal value of the certificate does not limit the owner in the choice of services. You can always pay the difference in cash or by bank card if the guest wants to treat himself to something else - for example, one of the massages presented in our SPA or a trip to the solarium.
- The certificate can be used to purchase any Amber SPA service, purchase goods in a SPA boutique or dishes and drinks from the assortment of the bar on the water.
- The certificate can be used several times (in parts), until the end of the funds on its balance sheet.
- The validity period of the gift certificate is 3 months from the date of purchase, at the end of this period the certificate becomes invalid.
- The owner has the right to use the certificate only upon presentation of its original.
- The certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The lost certificate cannot be restored.
- Delivery of the certificate to the owner is carried out at a nominal value of 10,000 rubles, on weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00 within the city of Kaliningrad. We recommend ordering delivery in advance.
